I want to start a campaign, where do I begin

Head to the Start a Campaign page from the main menu, fill in the form with your story, your target amount, your bank details, and your supporting documents. Submission is free. Our team reviews your campaign within two business days and gets back to you with approval or with questions.

I made a donation but I don't see a confirmation email

Please check your spam or junk folder first, as the confirmation comes from an automated address and is sometimes filtered. If you still cannot find it after thirty minutes, email hello@cxpay.global with the campaign name, the amount, the date of the donation, and the email address you used. We will look it up and resend the confirmation.

My card was declined, what should I do

If you want to donate with your Visa or Mastercard, please make sure your card is registered for online transactions. Contact your bank to request that your Visa card is Verified by Visa or your Mastercard is Mastercard Secure, so you can use it for online payments. You only have to do this once. If the card is registered and the transaction still fails, try the bank transfer option through Sentoo, or contact us so we can help.

When will I receive the funds from my campaign

We transfer donations to campaign owners monthly, around the fifteenth of the following month, as long as the balance is at least five hundred Dollars. If your balance is below that, it rolls over to the next month. At the end of the campaign, any remaining balance is paid out regardless of the amount.

I made a mistake on my campaign, can I edit it

Yes. Log in to your account, open your campaign from your dashboard, and edit the description, image, or contact details. If you need to change the target amount, the end date, or the bank account, email hello@cxpay.global with the details so we can review and apply the change.

How do I share my campaign

Your campaign has a unique link. Copy it from your campaign page and share it on WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or by email. The more people you reach, the better your chances of meeting your goal. Our Tips page has practical advice on this.

I want a refund

Donations on CX Pay 2 Fund are voluntary contributions and are non refundable except in exceptional circumstances, such as fraud or technical error. To request a refund, email hello@cxpay.global within thirty days of the donation with the campaign name, the date, the amount, and the reason for the request. We will review and respond.
