The agreement between you and CX Pay 2 Fund when you use this platform, as a donor or as a campaign owner. Last updated May 2026.
By using cxpay2fund.me, you agree to these terms. CX Pay 2 Fund is a service of CX Pay, registered in Curaçao at Chuchubiweg 17, Solideo Building. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.
To start a campaign or to donate, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence. We do not accept campaigns or donations from countries that appear on the OFAC restricted list.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Any activity that happens through your account is treated as your activity. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, email hello@cxpay.global immediately so we can help you secure it.
If you start a campaign, you confirm that the information you provide about yourself and about the campaign is true and accurate, that you have the right to raise funds for the stated purpose, and that you will use the funds for that purpose. We may ask for additional documentation under our Know Your Customer process before approving a campaign, and we may reject or remove any campaign at our sole discretion, particularly if it is associated with weapons, drugs, human trafficking, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
Campaigns may run for up to six months. Campaigns may be paused or removed if we receive credible complaints or if we observe activity that suggests fraud or misuse.
Donations on CX Pay 2 Fund are voluntary contributions, not loans or investments. Campaign owners are not required to repay donors. Donations are non refundable except where required by law or where we determine that a campaign was fraudulent. If we suspect fraud, we may withhold transfers, refund donors, or escalate the matter to the relevant authorities.
Donations are made in US Dollars. International currencies are converted to Dollars at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.
Uploading and managing a campaign on the platform is free of charge. We deduct fees from each donation to cover payment processing, platform maintenance, and administration. For card payments, the fee is five percent plus seventy five cents per donation. For Sentoo payments, the fee is two percent per donation. These fees exclude any applicable taxes. Donations are transferred to the campaign owner monthly, around the fifteenth of the following month, provided the balance is at least five hundred Dollars.
Because donations are voluntary contributions, refunds are issued only in exceptional circumstances, such as fraud or technical error. To request a refund, contact hello@cxpay.global within thirty days of the donation, with the campaign name, the date of donation, and a clear explanation of the reason. We will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Disputes between donors and campaign owners must be resolved between those parties directly. CX Pay 2 Fund is not a party to the underlying cause and does not guarantee that funds will be used in the manner described in the campaign.
You agree not to use the platform to publish content that is false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, obscene, threatening, or otherwise unlawful. You agree not to upload viruses or any code intended to interfere with the platform, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, and not to use the platform for any purpose other than its intended use.
The CX Pay 2 Fund name, logo, and the design of this site are owned by CX Pay. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission. Content that you upload to a campaign remains yours, but by uploading you grant CX Pay 2 Fund a worldwide, royalty free license to display that content on the platform and to use it for the purpose of promoting your campaign and the platform.
The platform is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, CX Pay 2 Fund is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Curaçao.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we decide to discontinue the service. You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@cxpay.global.
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally between you and CX Pay 2 Fund will be submitted to the competent court in Curaçao.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at cxpay2fund.me/terms-conditions. By continuing to use the platform after a change, you accept the updated terms.
