Sign up for a free account, then upload your campaign. Pick a category, set a target amount, choose an end date, and write a clear description of why your cause matters. Add photos or a short video so people can connect with what you are doing. A well written campaign with strong visuals raises significantly more than one without.
We review every campaign before it goes public. As part of the Know Your Customer process, we verify your identity, your bank account, and the details of your campaign. Most reviews are finished within two business days. Once approved, your campaign is published with its own unique URL you can share anywhere.
Donors give through Visa or Mastercard via CX Pay, or by bank transfer through Sentoo. Every donation appears on your campaign in real time. We send a confirmation email to the donor on your behalf, and you get notified for every contribution. Your collected balance is paid out to your bank account monthly, around the fifteenth of the following month, once the balance is at least five hundred Dollars.
Browse the Discover page, filter by category, or search by keyword. Click any campaign to see its full story, photos, current progress, and how the funds will be used. You can also open a campaign through a direct link shared by the creator on social media or in messages.
Click Donate now, enter the amount you want to give, and check out using your Visa, Mastercard, or Sentoo bank transfer. You can choose to leave your name on the campaign or donate anonymously. Donors are never charged additional fees, the platform fee is taken from the donation amount.
You receive a confirmation email immediately after the transaction. The campaign page updates with your contribution and you can return any time to see updates from the creator, milestones reached, or new photos.
Every transaction runs through certified payment rails. Card data is handled by PCI compliant processors and is never stored on our servers. The site runs over HTTPS, denoted by the padlock in your browser. For more on this, see our Trust and safety page.
Uploading and running a campaign is free. We deduct a small fee from each donation to cover payment processing and platform costs, five percent plus seventy five cents per donation for cards, or two percent for Sentoo bank transfers. Full details are on our Pricing and fees page.
