As part of the required due diligence, CX Pay requires the following documentation for each campaign:
- Articles of Incorporation
- Full Name, Email Address, and Telephone number
- Copy of passport of the Ultimate Beneficiary Owner
- Chamber of Commerce Excerpt
- Bank Account Information
You may be asked additional (personal) information in order to help validate your identity.
We may obtain address information about you from third party sources, for fraud prevention or for legal compliance.
We may collect Personal Information from you as a result of your email communications with us or your public media posts which we may retain along with our responses. Any Personal Information you publicly post on-line is without any expectation of privacy or confidentiality.
We may also sometimes collect and disclose information about how users use our Website, for example, by tracking unique views received by pages of the Website or the domains from which users originate. This information is not personally identifiable. We may also use “cookies” to track returning users to our Website. A cookie is a piece of software that a Web server can store on the user’s PCs and use to identify the users should they visit the Website again. Information collected may be associated with non-public personal information users provide us through our Website.

You may, of course, decline to submit Personal Information to us; in which case, you may not be able to become a CX Pay User or use the Service.
If your Personal Information changes, you may correct, update, amend, remove, or ask to have it removed by contacting the email address listed below. If you no longer desire our Service, you may contact us directly. We will respond to your request within two business days.
We will retain your Personal Information permanently; however, we will use your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your Personal Information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
